I am planning to own a franchise on EAD along with my friend who is on H-1b. Please let me know if I can do it or not.
We are planning to register a LLC and run the franchise on the company. Let me know if I have to take any precautions before buying the franchise..
Also let me know if my friend can be my partner on H1.b..

The USCIS provided further clarification and instructions on I-140 premium processing following the initial announcement. They listed three types of cases that are not eligible for premium processing, even if they are within the EB3 preference category. These are:
a second I-140 filing, if an initial I-140 remains pending
a labor certification substitution request
a duplicate labor certification requests (i.e. those cases where the original labor certification is not included)
These cases simply have additional processing requirements that cannot be met within the premium processing timeframe. These exceptions are in addition to the EB3 �other worker� cases which, as mentioned above, are not eligible for premium processing.

We applied on june 24th for EAD/AP. Got EAD for 2 years on july 28th for both of us. Still no FP notice or AP approval.

What I wanted to transmit with this pic, apart from the beautiful light, was the inmensity of the sky...I showed so much sky partly to convey that feeling...but I scrolled the image up to see how it looked cropped, and it looks more balanced.....I have to think about this one

I always wonder these ARAVAS deserve GC?
Because where ever they will make lot of fuss there and cause so many troubles to hosting country...
Srilanka they made a beautiful country as almost ash because of their perverted intensions..And Singapore they will never go with country's best interests...and Malaysia....
And even in India see the support to LTTE (Openly)
Also all most all these ARAVAs are blue collar cheap labor, I don�t know how a considerable number of Tamils getting h1b

My 485 filled on July 2nd @ NSC Received at 11:11 AM - No check cashed and no info.
140 Approved from TSC last year.
EAD is self-filed later on Aug 14th @ NSC with USPS tracking# proof.
But EAD check cashed today from NSC (LIN#)
It's crazy. What I can say more.

My 140 was denied based on the filing was Eb2 but job requirement only fits in eb3.
I filed my appeal with a new 140 on the same labor in Eb3, and in my Motion to Reopen specified to consider my old application in eb3 but if they will not to atleast consider my new application. This was an year back and I have filed premium, my new 140 was approved in 3 days, old one went AAO, but we withdrew the old one.
Talk to a good attorney, I consulted Aron Finkelstein in Murthy law firm. They were nominal and excellent customer support.

3 years easily one can wait can say but why for more then 6 yers.
Who are talking time management that didn't applies here.
Who are talking productinve loss for applicant who can earn more then 80k coz of LC approval not who is responsible.
This shows the effect of retrogression!!

Can anyone share the experience of H1 Visa stamping in Hyderabad. As per their web site they need quite a lot of documentation. Not sure if such doecumentation is required for visa revalidation (same category - H1) as well.

Documents asked were recent paystubs and last year's W2.

Hello,
My labour got approved but we still have to file for I-140. My h1b is going to expire on May 2007.
Can I get H1b extension based on Labour approval? If not, is it necessary to file I-140 soon.

Your GC is future job based, if your current company agrees to sponsor your paperwork even after you do H-1 transfer then you might be able to pull it off. Otherwise it is i agree in the trash can.
